Mini Mediterranean Kebabs - by Chef Ahmed

This is a great recipe to make in Ramadan and eat before your fast they’re filling and will get you through the day. The first time my mom made these mini kebabs I loved them and wanted to learn to make them myself. They’re super easy to make, just follow the steps below! Enjoy,Ahmed Ingredients 1.5 lbs Veal 1 cup Bread Crumbs 2 Eggs 1 Small Onion 2 cloves Fresh Garlic ½ cup chopped Coriander 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp Sea Salt 1 tbsp Zaatar 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika Preparation In a food processor, mix everything but the veal.
