This is a great recipe to make in Ramadan and eat before your fast they’re filling and will get you through the day. The first time my mom made these mini kebabs I loved them and wanted to learn to make them myself. They’re super easy to make, just follow the steps below! Enjoy,Ahmed Ingredients 1.5 lbs Veal 1 cup Bread Crumbs 2 Eggs 1 Small Onion 2 cloves Fresh Garlic ½ cup chopped Coriander 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes 1 tbsp Sea Salt 1 tbsp Zaatar 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika Preparation In a food processor, mix everything but the veal. Yup, you know what time it is!!  Ramadhan is only a few weeks away, and while we’re all preparing mentally and spiritually for this blessed month, it’s just as important to prepare physically.  One of the questions I’m most commonly asked every year is about what to eat come Suhoor-time, so I’d like to share some of my tips to help you take the guesswork out of your meal planning.
