Here’s the story behind this recipe: So a couple of years ago when we were in Jaipur, India we went to a famous restaurant named Handi. It was so good we had to go back a 2nd time! Mini Mediterranean Kebabs - by Chef Ahmed

This is a great recipe to make in Ramadan and eat before your fast they’re filling and will get you through the day. The first time my mom made these mini kebabs I loved them and wanted to learn to make them myself. They’re super easy to make, just follow the steps below!
