Please note some countries have suspended their courier services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to placing your order, please confirm with your local courier service that international packages will be accepted and cleared by your Customs Department. Unfortunately, if an order has shipped to a country with suspended service, the order will be returned back to us.
How much is shipping?
Canada - Regular: Free standard shipping on orders over $120 (before tax), or $15 for standard shipping.
USA - Regular: Free standard shipping on orders over $120 (before tax), or $15 for standard shipping.
Europe - Free standard shipping on orders over $250 (before tax), or $40 for standard shipping.
Rest of the World - Free standard shipping on orders over $250 (before tax), or $50 for standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 5-10 Business Days
USA: 10-15 Business Days
International: 15-26 days
Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply. The standard shipping times do not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseen delays that may arise with the courier service.
Will I be charged duties or importing fees?
Please note items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through The FitNest Inc.
Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their package, The FitNest Inc. is not liable for the package and it will be disposed of by the courier service. Please note refunds will not be provided for any refused shipment.
We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for purchases made directly from our website and offer a full refund within 30 days from purchase (excluding sale items and non-refundable items listed below) if the item has not been used and in it's original form. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please Note: THE FITNEST INC. is not responsible for return shipping costs or reimbursement of lost packages without proof of delivery. In addition, your original shipping fee is not refundable.

You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. We will do our best to accommodate this request, however we cannot provide any guarantees as our teams work diligently to ensure your orders get shipped out as quickly as possible. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel. Please email us at email@example.com to enquire about cancallations. Please see the above instructions to return any product you do not wish to keep.
