Chocolate Date Smoothie

Are you ready for the richest smoothest smoothie ever? Well, this one right here will blow you away. It's a delicious combination of chocolate, peanut butter, banana and dates.

This smoothie is packed with fibre, potassium and antioxidants that will give you the energy you need to go on with your day!

This smoothie is like a liquid Reese's pieces butter cup. Make it, enjoy, and thank me later ;)

Here's what you'll need

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups of milk ( i use coconut, but any milk will do)

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter ( try and get "just peanuts" no added sugar or oils"

  • 2 ripe madjool dates ( pits removed)

  • 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder ( I use this whey one or this vegan one)

  • 3/4 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

Place milk in blender first, add the rest of the ingredients and blend till smooth. Add ice at the end and blend if you would like a colder smoothie.

This will make enough for one large 750ml mason jar!
