Zehra Allibhai is an internationally known fitness expert and Kinesiologist who has helped 5000+ clients through in-person & and online training over the past 20 years. As a mother of 2, she understands the challenges that busy women face in wanting to become healthy for themselves and those around them.

What started from my Toronto basement leading boot camp classes after my children were asleep soon grew into an incredible global online community of amazing women. Today, I empower busy women to craft wellness routines that suit their unique needs.
