Here’s the story behind this recipe: So a couple of years ago when we were in Jaipur, India we went to a famous restaurant named Handi. It was so good we had to go back a 2nd time! I have to admit, I was a little intimidated to try this Chicken Chow Mein recipe. It seemed like there would be so many steps and different ingredients that I’d never used before.  But once I started I realized it wasn’t that hard. Mini Mediterranean Kebabs - by Chef Ahmed

This is a great recipe to make in Ramadan and eat before your fast they’re filling and will get you through the day. The first time my mom made these mini kebabs I loved them and wanted to learn to make them myself. They’re super easy to make, just follow the steps below! Chef Ahmed’s Roasted Tomato & Basil Soup

A message from Chef Ahmed:The first time I tried Tomato Soup I really loved it. We had it at The Grove (our favourite breakfast place in San Francisco).  We loved that restaurant so much we ate breakfast there every day we were in San Francisco! I tried to recreate the recipe yesterday and I think it turned out really good.
