My Fave Super-Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: ½ cup, Butter (unsalted) ½ cup, Brown or Golden Sugar ½ cup, White Sugar 1 Egg (large) 1 tsp, Vanilla Extract 1¼ cup, All-Purpose Flour 1 tbsp, Corn Starch ½ tsp, Baking Soda ½ tsp, Salt 1½ cup, Chocolate Chips (milk chocolate, semi-sweet) Method: Cream the butter with both the sugars in a bowl until well combined and a bit fluffy. Then beat in the egg and the vanilla. In a separate bowl sift the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add this to the butter mixture and stir until well blended.
