Here’s the story behind this recipe: So a couple of years ago when we were in Jaipur, India we went to a famous restaurant named Handi. It was so good we had to go back a 2nd time! I have to admit, I was a little intimidated to try this Chicken Chow Mein recipe. It seemed like there would be so many steps and different ingredients that I’d never used before.  But once I started I realized it wasn’t that hard. Green Detox "HULK" Soup

I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for ways to get more “greens” in throughout the day. This soup is the perfect way to get in those greens, finish off any produce that’s been sitting around in the fridge, not to mention, it’s also a great way to rev up your digestive system with some amazing nutrients.
